PUBLIC SCHOOL MINISTRY
In the beginning - Santos Casilldo, founder of "Huellas de Esperenza", aka "Fingerprints of Hope" had a dream, a vision about going into the public schools in his hometown Sambo Creek, Honduras and sharing the Word of God… but when he woke, he did not really believe it was possible that they would allow it. He almost didn't go to investigate, but the Holy Spirit pushed him to. To his surprise when he went and spoke to the director of the grade school, the director was all for it and happy about the idea.
Two school years later Santos has been able to bring God's word and Love into 8 different schools. But he's only one man.
Fingerprints of Hope has been organized to grow attention and support for the ministry Santos has been led to begin. We know to be able to touch the thousands of children available to us we'll need more workers. FPH is currently seeking God's children whom are seeking a ministry to bring the Love and Message of Jesus Christ to children in some of the most poverty stricken areas in Honduras.
If you want to have the opportunity to reach children in their enviroments, such as their public schools while living in the same community as them. Please contact us to learn more.
School year (February - November)
VOLUNTEER - The harvest is plentiful, the workers are few.
We are currently seeking self-supporting missionaries interested in ministering in public schools. Currently we have opportunities in Sambo Creek, Corozal and Lima. Approximately 8 different public schools grade levels Kindergarten through High School.
DONATE - It takes the hearts of many to make a program like this work.
God's open the doors, he's handed us the children. Now in faith we believe he will provide us with the monthly donations it takes to make this all work.
